Testimonials

Hi I just want to share a story:
My 5 year old son was recently diagnosed with Asperger ASD and I had the great pleasure of being recommended and referred to this place and the Equine therapist are absolutely amazing with my son I could not have found a better place for him to learn, to grow and expand his social skills..he is making breakthroughs each time we come he looks forward to his weekly visits, talks about the horses and Ms Dawn all week. It’s truly been an absolute heart warming experience thus far and we are just beginning this journey. I’m starting to see him more vibrant, more happy and he wants to be more social now Montgomery Hollow, I cannot thank you enough!! This place is truly a blessing for my son.

I can’t say enough good things about Montgomery Hollow. My son has been coming here for equine therapy for awhile. Trey has Asperger’s and needs the therapy to help with social skills, he was also afraid of horses at first. Not only has his fear of horses turned in to a love of horses, but his social skills have improved greatly. Montgomery Hollow has awesome equine specialist who care about the children and show it. They are dedicated to helping these children learn, grow and improve the quality of their lives. I truly can’t thank them enough for all they have done for my son. We love being at the farm, it’s Trey’s favorite day of the week.

I came to Unbridled Changes by recommendation and was there for a little over a month. The great thing about this type of therapy is it teaches you the tools you need to learn to help change your life. You are your own teacher so to speak and the first step is finding yourself. I really connected with this therapy because I’m a visual and kinetic learner (see and doing) rather than auditory (listening) learner. Communication is something that I struggled with and this type of therapy allows you to still learn and heal without having to do so much talking. Dawn is your guide as you work with the horses to pin point certain areas in your life that need working on. Changing your life is hard work, and I had no idea where to start; but Dawn, her staff, and the horses taught me a lot about myself and I learned how to make changes that will help me live a better life. I walked in scared and afraid, but now I’m confident to live my own life.

I have a 6 year old grandson who is autistic and non-verbal. We have seen real progress since coming here for equine therapy. Dawn, Roseann, and Hal have all been involved and demonstrate a high level of commitment. It is apparent that this is a labor of love for all of them as they are so caring and concerned for their patients. We have been SO happy with Montgomery Hollow. Our grandson absolutely loves coming out to the farm. It has been a great experience for all of us!
